The portable crane mainly is applied to convey the material of high-building up and down. For example, all sorts of tectonic material, upholster material, tectonic garbage and so on. Specially the board on the corridor inconvenience to move and the plasterboard, our “Portable Crane” can move these better by it's advantage. Meanwhile, it can be used in machine tool of workplace, white goods factory, provisional factory produce assembler, storage and move things in home. |

“Portable Crane” is made up of dynamic system and bracket.
• The dynamical stem is made up of electric engine, reductor, clutch, brake, rope can and steel cable. Engine is magnetoelectric unrequited capacitance engine. In the engine, there is a mechanism which set off electricity immediately. There is a thermistor in electric motor to prevent engine from parboiling to burn out. Reductor use second-degree gear wheel to slow down and link with engine. Clutch, brake and rope can be together, but when the clutch is cast loose, the machine can come down quickly. Of course brake can control downward speed avoid impact. The hole in the frontispiece of power fixture's crust is to fix blower. User can equip blower for compel cooling according their request. In the casing, there is a tool-box which consist of clutch handle, special clutch with brake, nut gasket, rod cap, self-starter, tenor switch, wire and instruction.
• The holder is consist of screw, nut, bar and axis of rotation. On the bar the axis of rotation can turn 360' and at the end of axis the tenor switch can prevent from operational fault or excess lift cause of the button is out of order. Operational button starter can put engine turn facade and opposite, so the steel cable ca be convoluted and loosen. And finish the lift task by pulley lift and put down the goods. |

The “Portable Crane” has small in bulk, low in weight, tight in structure and handy to carry.

Put the dynamic equipment near window, fix the hold part and get it in a hold which is in the setting of dynamic equipment. So just 5minutes you can fix the machine.

Promote 1m per 4seconds. So ten floors it takes 3minutes to move back and forth. Equipping with special tool, and the higher floor is the more advantage it has.

This machine used 220v unidirectional power source, so it can be used in indoor, roof or fix it directly in tectonic area by scaffold. Also it can replace the new machine: “Long Men” crane or “Tower” crane. Because it can be look on as handy facility which repair cars, well or pump, irrigate concrete, arrangement of shield and arrangement of billboard can use it.

Just take 1hour you can learn to operate it! According to instruction, if there are some problems, the lifted goods can touch limited-machine and pluck the tenor switch. Power source is cut off immediately, so it can insure safely.

IX. Usage |
Choose the convenient position for fix and operate. Put a piece of hard wood (300*120*30) on the top of bar. If the button of ground is smooth, you should use dynamic case to cushion, After that, the machine can be fixed.
1 Put the dynamic case near the window or terrace.
2 Together the holder part.
1) Put the nut gasket on the nut.
2) Insert the bar into screw.
3) Put the axle-bearing on clamp.
4) Put the bar's cap with board on the top of lever.
3 Insert the finished a part of hold into the hole of dynamic case's base.
4 Add proper lubrication in the thread of bar, screw up nut. (! Attention: Must put the main bar upright with ground!)
Adjust the axis of rotation's height and make it's position fitness. Then adjust the steel cable's
5 length to adapt to lifted goods.
6 Put the clutch in bolted phase by handle. Put steel cable out of dynamic case. Loose steel cable lock on bracket. Last, locked the steel cable lock.
7 Get out the wire, starter and tenor switch. Put the tenor switch in the motionless box on top of arm.
8 Electrify to try machine without any burden. Check on the motivated switch's lightness and the limited vessel and tenor switch's reliability.

After finishing arrangement, one person at upside and other one at underneath, the lift task can begin. If the temperature of circumference is hyperthermia, the engine is become cool and hindered. When the engine burned to make thermistor get maxima, the switch can cut off for protecting the engine. If you want to use it continuously, you should fix a blower (about 30w) to post cooling. Pay attention to these points when you use it:
• After first lifting goods, you should tie fast the nut again. And in the future lift goods, you also should usually check on if the nut loosed.
• Uniting clutch and breaking away from operation must do without burden and must assure that tenor is good.
• Getting off the clutch to slide with burden.
• The tenor is used as an safe instrument, which can not replace working switch to be used constantly.
• When lifting the goods, the workers of upstairs and downstairs should cooperate with each other, and forbidding the people standing under the goods at the process of lifting.
X. Protect and Keep
• Bind steel cable should be tidy, close-grained and immediate. And should usually check on worn condition. While in trouble you should change it immediately.
• When stopping the machine should be without burden. Don't put the goods in the air for long time.
• The equipment have abnormal voice or not by usually examine in use.
• When the engine brake is to slide, user can disassemble the windy cover and leaf. Open out the tail lid and a proper chock under automatic spring.
• Accumulate used 500hours, user should maintain one time, clearing bolt, reinforce grease and adjust bolt.
